1. Information handled by this website

Reading the public pages does not require a CausewayTraffic.sg website account. The site and the services that deliver it may nevertheless handle the following information:

• Visit and device data: pages and links used, event times, browser and device details, referring pages, approximate network location, IP address, and security or error records. Some of this appears in hosting or server logs.
• Cookies and browser storage: advertising or analytics identifiers and local preferences, such as a dismissed banner or saved route choice.
• Build enquiries: the name, optional company, country, project type, budget range, timeline, optional message, WhatsApp number or email address, page path, browser user-agent, and submission time entered through the build form.
• Direct messages and support requests: an email address and whatever nickname, account context, message, or attachments the sender chooses to provide, including an account-deletion request.

2. Why it is handled

We use this information to deliver and secure the site, diagnose errors and abuse, understand which pages and features are useful, measure app or campaign engagement, show and measure advertising, respond to messages, review build enquiries, and verify and work through support or deletion requests. We do not use a private build or support message as public content unless the sender separately agrees.

3. Advertising, analytics, cookies, and local storage

Pages may load Google AdSense and Google Analytics. Google and its partners may use cookies, browser storage, device information, and similar identifiers to deliver or measure ads and to report site usage. Whether an ad is personalized can depend on the visitor's location, consent, browser settings, and Google settings. CausewayTraffic.sg also uses browser storage for functional preferences.

Visitors can change personalized-ad settings in Google Ads Settings, use Google's available Analytics opt-out tool, or block and clear cookies or site data in their browser. Blocking storage may reset preferences or affect some features.

4. Storage and sharing

Build-enquiry records are stored in the site's Firebase project. Google services process hosting, Firestore, analytics, and advertising data under their applicable terms. Email providers process messages sent to the support address. We may also disclose relevant information when reasonably necessary to comply with a lawful request, protect the service or its users, or investigate misuse. We do not describe these providers as receiving only anonymous data because IP addresses, identifiers, or submitted contact details may be personal data.

External links, embedded sources, app stores, government sites, and advertisers have their own privacy practices. Their handling is governed by their notices, not this policy. Service providers may process information outside the visitor's country, depending on their infrastructure and settings.

5. Retention

Retention varies by record and purpose. Information may be kept while an enquiry or support request is active and afterwards where reasonably needed for follow-up, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, or legal obligations. Analytics, advertising, hosting logs, and backups follow the relevant service settings and provider schedules. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion date.

A website build enquiry has no app-account uid, so an app-account deletion request cannot locate it automatically. Include the contact details used for the enquiry if asking us to review it. Some logs or records may not be linkable to a person, and information may be retained where there is a legitimate integrity, security, or legal need.

6. Your choices and requests

You can browse without submitting a form, control cookies and site data through the choices above, and ask us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted directly. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the record, and a request does not guarantee removal of data we cannot identify or must retain. 7. Security, changes, and contact

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy as the site or its providers change; the date above identifies the published version.
