1. Using the service

These terms apply when you use CausewayTraffic.sg, including its public travel pages, estimates, camera context, planning tools, and enquiry features. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must use it lawfully and be able to agree to these terms. The website is an independent travel-information service and is not an immigration, transport, or road authority.

2. Travel information is not a guarantee

Inputs can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or wrong, and road, border, weather, and operating conditions can change after publication. Check current official sources and signs, allow a sensible buffer, and use your own judgement. Do not rely on this service as the only source for an immigration requirement, legal obligation, emergency, safety decision, departure, booking, or appointment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and use is at your own risk; nothing here excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, do not interfere with normal operation, probe or bypass security or access controls without permission, submit malicious code or deceptive material, impersonate another person, misuse another person's information, or use automated requests in a way that ignores published controls, creates unreasonable load, or disrupts access for others. We may restrict access needed to protect the service, investigate abuse, or comply with a valid requirement.

4. Messages and submitted content

You are responsible for information you submit and must have the right to provide it. Do not send confidential information that is unnecessary for the request. Private build enquiries and support messages are handled to respond, administer the request, secure the service, and meet the purposes described in the Privacy Policy; submitting one does not give us permission to publish it.

If you separately submit material specifically for public display, you keep your rights and give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, format, reproduce, and display that material only as reasonably needed to operate and promote the relevant public feature. You confirm that doing so does not infringe another person's rights. You may ask us to review public material, subject to integrity, moderation, technical, and legal needs.

5. Site content and permitted use

The site's original text, design, code, and compiled analysis may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Camera images, maps, names, marks, official material, linked content, and source data can belong to their respective owners and are not claimed as our exclusive property. You may view and share links to the public pages for ordinary personal or informational use. Any other licence, legal exception, or permission continues to apply on its own terms.

Do not remove attribution or rights notices, falsely present site material as official, or systematically republish or resell substantial parts of the service without permission or another lawful basis.

6. Third-party services and links

The site can link to or display information from government sources, camera providers, maps, app stores, advertisers, and other third parties. Their availability, content, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control. A link or reference does not by itself mean endorsement, and you should verify important information with the relevant source.

7. Availability and changes

We may correct, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or content as the service and its data sources change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or advance notice for every operational change. We may also update these terms; the date above identifies the published version, and continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
